We leave after a leisurely breakfast in camp and drive all along the dry Olifants River bed via Gochas to Stampriet. We visit Anib Kalahari Lodge for a drink in their well-known Kalahari Bar, before we leave for Koha Guest Farm near Mariental

After breakfast we drive via Kalkrand, following the back-roads via Lepel to Spreetshoogte Pass. The Pass connects the Namib Desert with the Khomas Highland and is the steepest pass in Namibia with spectacular views of the adjacent Namib Desert.

Excursion with Boesman (Gideon Jacobs a Namibia farmer who started Sossus-on - Foot), driving a circular route along a dry Riverbed to visit petrified dunes on his farm, with a picnic brunch. Visit Solitaire for afternoon Coffee and Apple Tart. Relax the rest of the afternoon at the chalets, overlooking a waterhole.

Today we have an early start to reach the red dunes before sunrise. Visit Sossus Vlei and Dead Vlei. The Red Dunes are an unbelievable sight during early mornings. Afterwards we visit Sesriem Canyon in die Naukluft Park, and climb down the few steps into the Canyon. Eco Ventures Brunch at Dead Vlei (included)

Drive along the Naukluft Park and into Tiras Mountains to Aus. The Tiras Mountains is magnificent with colors changing all the time. Look out for Rhino and Zebra’s. We stop for a picnic breakfast along the way under a huge Camel Thorn Tree. Along the most scenic road in Namibia D707 to Klein Aus Vista.
Landscapes of granite mountains, dry riverbeds and sweeping plains awaits us on our way to Aus. Our destination borders on the Nama Karoo, and to the north on the dune sea of the Namib, where the Wild Horses roam.

Today we drive through the ancient Namib Desert to Luderitz.
We visit Kolmanskop, the Ghost Town and walk along the waterfront at Luderitz. Lunch in town at a seaside restaurant (own account)
Relaxing afternoon after a stop at the View Point and waterhole, is always worthwhile!. Visit the concentration camp ruins just outside of Aus and explore the Eagle View Trail and war trenches.

Klein Aus Vista via Seeheim to Canyon RoadHouse. We stop for breakfast at Alte Kalkoven and a visit to the Lithops Project Nursery.
We leave after breakfast at Alte Kalkofen and drive along the B4 to Seeheim Hotel and via Holoog, to Canyon Roadhouse, from where we leave to the Hobas view point, overlooking the oldest Canyon in the world, The Fish River Canyon. We drive along the rim and explore the surroundings of The Fish River Canyon. Scenic drive to Norotshama River Lodge on the banks of the Orange River.
